Lindsey Crilly is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling through Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish Language and Literature from North Carolina State University in 2020. As a practicum student, Lindsey is refining her skills and gaining experience working individually and in a group setting with adolescents and their families. Lindsey is passionate about walking alongside and empowering a diverse range of clients as they navigate various life concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, religious or sexual trauma, and identity formation. She enjoys incorporating art into counseling sessions as well as an Internal Family Systems approach when beneficial. She also has the ability to integrate the Christian faith in the counseling setting at a client’s request and believes that every individual holds dignity and is worthy of love and respect. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys photography, spending time with her husband and two cats, listening to music or podcasts, and catching up on her latest tv series.
