Heather Goodson

Heather Goodson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor–Qualified Supervisor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and National Certified Counselor. She has worked in the behavioral health field since 2008, serving in a wide range of settings including day treatment, psychiatric care, behavioral health urgent care, outpatient services, and community‑based mental health.

 

Across her career, Heather has supported individuals and families with complex clinical needs while also strengthening systems of care through training, supervision, and program development. She has provided clinical supervision to newly licensed clinicians and graduate counseling interns, helping shape the next generation of behavioral health professionals with a focus on ethical practice, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.

 

Heather holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. Lawrence University. She has also completed an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management and an additional certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders, further enhancing her ability to support diverse populations and integrated care environments.
