Being a House Staff member is an opportunity to offer hope to teen girls facing behavioral health challenges in a structured, safe environment. As a House Staff you will operate as a mentor in teaching valuable life skills and be responsible for running the home schedule while keeping up to 8 girls organized and on task.

*Flexibility is required as the position includes evenings, overnights, and every other weekend. The schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on and then repeats itself.
