Job Title: Part-time/Per Diem House Staff
Summary: House of Hope is a Christian nonprofit therapeutic home, school, and counseling center. Being a House Staff is an opportunity to have the ability to give hope and make a lasting impact on teen girls who are having mental and behavioral health challenges in a structured and safe environment. As a House Staff you will operate as a mentor in teaching valuable life skills and be responsible for running the home schedule while keeping 8 girls organized and on task. This position does require a flexible work schedule with evening, overnight and weekend hours needed.

Qualifications:
-Highly organized
-Excellent communication skills
-Confident
-Time management
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Christian
-Undergraduate degree in social work, psychology or related field is preferred
-Valid NC License
-Criminal background check and drug screening will be completed prior to hire
-Ability to lift at least 10 lbs, along with ability to walk and stand for various lengths of time

Job Title: Full Time House Staff

The position's hours are 2 days on, 2 days off, and every other weekend. Overnight stay at the house is required.

Job Title: Counselor
Summary: House of Hope of NC is a Christian nonprofit therapeutic home, school, and counseling center. We provide care to girls ages 12-17 in our therapeutic home and school program In addition, we offer outpatient services to children, adolescents, adults, families and/or couples in our community looking to work on individual or marriage/family goals. All of our counselors have unique strengths and interests, but we are all able to offer Christian counseling integration as well.

Essential Functions:
Provide individual and group counseling services to our residential girls, our families, and our out-patient clients. Assist as needed with the assessment and intake of new clients.
Qualifications:
-Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field
-Permanent license (or will have within 6 months)
-Trauma informed care experience
-CBT, DBT, Systems Theory knowledge preferred
-Available for on-call
-Able to have some flexibility in their schedule
-Residential experience is a plus
-Out-patient experience
-Experience in running groups
-Christian beliefs and values
-Valid NC driver's license
-Criminal background check will be completed prior to hire
