ABOUT US

Mission Statement
House of Hope is a Christian, non-denominational, therapeutic home, school, and counseling center for hurting and troubled girls, ages 12-17, and their families.

Vision Statement
We focus on Building Hope by sharing the love of Jesus Christ, Changing Lives by teaching Life Skills to girls and parenting skills to parents, and Restoring Families to a healthy, loving environment.

Value Statement

We provide the needed Biblical education and counseling to girls and families to create Christ-centered values which better equip them to be assets to society.

Mission Verse

“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from the darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion, to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.”
Isaiah 61:1-3

Long Term Goals

To counsel and help up to 31 residential girls and their families, as well as 15 Outpatient families at a time. To achieve this goal, we will need to:

  • Build 3 additional houses, each serving 8 girls
  • Build a multi-purpose center that would include a cafeteria and large meeting area
  • Build a Counseling Center
  • Expand our Education Center
  • Provide Parenting Seminars for the community
